You are a SpR5 in charge of the gynaecology clinic as the consultant was unwell and has gone home. You are about to see Mrs Olivia Brown who has been referred for pre-pregnancy counselling. Your task is to provide the requested counselling.

Please see Mrs. Brown who wishes pre-pregnancy counselling. She has recently been diagnosed with a syndrome of which I had not heard. Unfortunately I did not make a note of its name but she seems to know a lot about it.
